FREE YOGA CLASS
Yoga Synergy is the practice of energy movement and can feel similar to martial arts or Tai Chi. It's designed to move and mobilize every joint complex in the body. The movements are accessible to all levels and are based on spinal movements that mobilize the spine, expanding outward towards the arms, hands, legs, hips, feet and neck. It is a powerful way to create strength and flexibility without the heart racing, warming the body with increased blood flow. Within the spinal movements, we will learn to hold yoga postures actively, before coming into the full asana, where students will be able to find stillness. Held in Studio One, please bring a yoga mat.
